Craving a PB&J? Have it as a Smoothie

One of our favorite foods as kids were PB&J's. Today we don't eat gluten, peanut butter and very rarely jelly...but we still love the taste of a good PB&J. So we created the next best thing!



Ingredients:

  • 1 c frozen mixed berries

  • 1 c almond milk

  • 1-2 tbsp almond butter

Directions

  1. Add almond milk, mixed berries, almond butter, elderberry (optional), blue spirulina (optional) to a high speed blender

  2. Blend until desired consistency
