Spice Up Your Eggs: Our Favorite, Egg Scramble

Make this scramble as an easy way to add in some veggies and mix up your normal morning eggs.




Ingredients:

  • Olive Oil (Extra-Virgin)

  • 1 serving Meat of choice (Our favorite is grass-fed pork or turkey bacon)

  • 2 Pasture Raised Eggs

  • 1/4 diced Onion

  • 1/3 diced Bell Pepper (diced)

  • 1/2 Tomato

  • 1/2 Avocado

  • Garlic powder, Salt & Pepper

  • Hemp Seeds (optional)

  • Manchego Cheese (optional)



Directions:

  1. Turn stove on medium heat and pour 1-2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil on pan

  2. Once pan is warm, add meat of choice, bell pepper and onion

  3. Once the meat has cooked through, add eggs and mix throughout pan

  4. Add garlic powder, salt and pepper to your liking

  5. Add a side of avocado or diced tomatoes once the eggs are fully cooked

  6. Top with hemp seeds and/or Manchego cheese (if you are not dairy free!)

  7. ENJOY!
