Perfect as a sweet & spicy side dish for dinner.
1 bag of Brussels Sprouts
1/3 c Pine Nuts
1 Tbsp Maple Syrup
2 Tbsp Tahini
1 Tbsp Sriracha (hot sauce)
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 400°F
Cut Brussels sprouts in halves or fourths.
Add Brussels sprouts and pine nuts to a large mixing bowl.
In a small mixing bowl, combine maple syrup, tahini, olive oil & Sriracha. Mix until smooth. This will make the maple glaze.
Add the maple glaze to the Brussels sprouts bowl & stir until glaze is spread evenly throughout.
Add contents to a baking sheet and make sure they are spread out evenly. Top with desired amount of salt & pepper.
Cook for 25 mins or until crispy!
