Start Your Day With VEGGIES: The Ultimate Breakfast Bowl Recipe

MY GO-TO VEGGIE BREAKFAST BOWL

Takes approx. 15 mins from start to finish (depends on how fast you chop!)



Ingredients:



(As always: Amount per ingredient varies from person to person!)

  • 1 c Organic Broccoli Slaw (Or Broccoli)

  • 1/2 Bell Pepper

  • 1/2 c Mushrooms (Optional)

  • 1/4 c Yellow Onion

  • 2-3 tbsp Hemp Seeds

  • 1/2 Avocado

  • 1/2 Tomato (Optional)

  • Spices of choice: cardamom, paprika, S & P (whatever else you like!)


Directions:

  • Add Extra Virgin Olive Oil to pan

  • Begin by cooking broccoli & onions until golden brown on medium heat

  • Add Bell pepper, mushrooms & spices and cover with pan with lid. Turn to low heat.

  • Use spatula to mix contents &

  • Make sure everything is cooked through then transfer to bowl

  • Add avocado, tomatoes, & hemp seeds & ENJOY
