Quick & Easy Pasta: Gluten Free Edition

Somewhere in our definition of happiness is a bowl of gluten free pasta with some extra goodness.


Ingredients:

  • 1 bag of Trader Joe's gluten-free Pasta

  • 1 lb of grass-fed Lamb or Beef

  • 1/2 Onion (optional)

  • 1 tbsp minced Garlic

  • 1 Zucchini

  • 1 jar of Marinara Sauce*

Directions:

  • Boil water for your pasta

  • Cook meat of choice with garlic, diced onion, salt and pepper

  • Slice zucchini while your meat and pasta cook

  • Add zucchini into meat while the meat finishes cooking (you can cook separately if you'd like, we prefer fewer dishes to wash later)

  • Combine meat and zucchini with pasta

  • Add Rao's sauce and ENJOY!

*Notes:

  • You can add any sauce that you'd like or make your own (check out our recipe!)

  • For those who do not eat garlic or onion: Fody has a great option!

  • We are a big fan of Rao's Marinara. They also have a "Sensitive Marinara" for those who don't consume onion or garlic

  • Trader Joe's has the best gluten free pasta, in our opinion and it's relatively cheap at $1.99/lb
