Somewhere in our definition of happiness is a bowl of gluten free pasta with some extra goodness.
1 bag of Trader Joe's gluten-free Pasta
1 lb of grass-fed Lamb or Beef
1/2 Onion (optional)
1 tbsp minced Garlic
1 jar of Marinara Sauce*
Boil water for your pasta
Cook meat of choice with garlic, diced onion, salt and pepper
Slice zucchini while your meat and pasta cook
Add zucchini into meat while the meat finishes cooking (you can cook separately if you'd like, we prefer fewer dishes to wash later)
Combine meat and zucchini with pasta
Add Rao's sauce and ENJOY!
You can add any sauce that you'd like or make your own (check out our recipe!)
For those who do not eat garlic or onion: Fody has a great option!
We are a big fan of Rao's Marinara. They also have a "Sensitive Marinara" for those who don't consume onion or garlic
Trader Joe's has the best gluten free pasta, in our opinion and it's relatively cheap at $1.99/lb
